For most of my life, I knew one thing for certain - I wanted to write a book. 

Now that it’s published (and yes, I’ve already started my second one!), I recently finished building a space that brings together the things closest to my hea Slowing down can be a moment of bringing yourself from your head space back into your heart space- from doing to being.
