In a world that moves quickly, we rarely pause long enough to fully arrive in ourselves. My intention is to create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and return to the present moment. Yoga is not about performance. It is about awareness. Through movement, breath, meditation, and energy work, we create space within the body, mind and soul.

Movement

Moving in ways that are not habitual allows energy to open and circulate. We build strength and flexibility — not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Breath

The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have. When we learn to work with it consciously, we begin to regulate the nervous system and create steadiness within.

Meditation

Through stillness, we calm the body and quiet repetitive thought patterns. We become more grounded, more present, and more aware.

Energy

When we slow down, space opens. Energy begins to flow more freely—internally and around us—increasing vitality and clarity.

Yoga & Meditation Sessions

I am certified in Kundalini, Yin, and Hatha yoga. My teaching blends these traditions into a gentle, grounding practice that honours both breath and movement. While each session may draw from different lineages, my approach remains steady and supportive, focusing on gentle flow, breath awareness, and listening to the body as we move and find stillness.

Yoga is a practice — what I often call my school of life. Our practice changes each day depending on the body, mind, and heart through different cycles of life. Different practices may be woven in depending on what is needed in the moment — meditation, breath work, asana, or chanting.
