My Approach

Everyone has their own unique journey, and wherever you are along the way, you are worthy, just as you are, of receiving support and guidance. I believe you deserve a space where you feel safe to explore at every depth, with compassion and presence.

My work is grounded in the belief that true change begins within — by listening to the heart, the body, and the quiet guidance beneath the noise.

To me, this work is a form of spiritual partnering — a conscious relationship grounded in presence, compassion, and trust.

Together, we create a safe space to listen to the body, honour the wisdom of your emotions, and ground into the truth beneath your experiences.

When you create space to slow down enough to listen, you begin to reconnect with your inner knowing and return to the truth of who you are.

I bring together the practices of writing, yoga, and coaching to create space for this kind of deep exploration. My intention is to walk beside you offering, presence, deep listening, and guidance as you meet yourself — gently at your own pace.

1:1 Deep Transformational Coaching

Deep transformational coaching moves beyond surface goals, and day-to-day tasks, working with thought patterns, lived experience, and present awareness. Together, we explore what is currently coming up for you — your inner truth, your patterns, your perspective — creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and your life.

This work invites you to consider who you choose to be and how you want to show up in the world.

1:1 Coaching Session — 60 min
$125.00

A 60-minute one-on-one coaching session for clarity, connecting inward, and exploring what is present for you in the moment.

Coaching Package — 3 x 60 min Sessions
$350.00

Three 60-minute sessions for ongoing support while navigating change, stepping into a new season of life, or integrating deep inner work.

1:1 Grounded Coaching Session — 75 min
$150.00

A 75-minute one-on-one coaching session beginning with guided meditation and breathwork, followed by coaching to explore what is present and deepen your connection inward.

Location: All sessions are held virtually via Zoom. Camera on or off is completely optional. A private link will be provided upon booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Packages: Package sessions are to be used within 3 months from date of purchase.

I am certified in Kundalini, Yin, and Hatha yoga. My teaching blends these traditions into a gentle, grounding practice that honours both breath and movement. While each session may draw from different lineages, my approach remains steady and supportive — focusing on mindful flow, energy, and listening to the body.
