The Journey so far…

I move through life feeling deeply — often aware of what is unspoken, and unseen. When I slow down enough to listen, life feels calmer and answers begin to reveal themselves.

Life continues to bring me back to presence, to listen to my body, and follow the guidance of my heart.

I enjoy slow mornings filled with coffee, yoga and writing. I feel my best when I am creating and spending time with my horse and my two dogs, where life feels lighter. The quiet of nature creates clarity and grounds me from the busyness of life.

Living abroad created space and growth. I became comfortable being uncomfortable. The capacity to adapt and move with change is something I have always thrived on — yet it has a way of revealing what needs to be healed and bringing me back into connection with myself.

Truthfully, life has a funny way of bringing you exactly where you need to be.

Back pain led me to my first yoga class. What began as physical relief became a practice grounded in healing and awareness — a foundation for my life. Nearly eighteen years later, yoga remains my school of life through breath, movement, stillness, and meditation. It continues to support me.

Feeling unseen and misunderstood in the world, life eventually led me to writing. Writing became a safe space to process emotion and make sense of my experiences. My reflection letters have been a way to feel seen and heard by myself — and now I want to share that with you.

As life moved forward, I found my way into coaching — a natural extension of the work I was already doing within myself.

And so here I am, everything somehow coming together. From living abroad to moving through my own healing journey, I continue learning to slow down. To surrender. To trust my soul and the unfolding of life.

I welcome you here, exactly as you are, in this moment — as life continues to unfold.
