In the Middle of Transition

Lately, as I transition my life from one province to another, I’ve been feeling anxious, and overwhelmed. Today, I am reminded by my own mantra:

Breathe so sweetly, Move so sweetly.

Maybe you need this mantra in your life too.

To me, breathe so sweetly is a reminder of how powerful the breath is. It’s an invitation to connect to your breath, hear its sound, and return to the present moment. When life feels emotional or messy, it reminds you that your breath is still with you.

Life can feel stressful, overwhelming, and at times you feel disconnected — from your thoughts, your body, or even in life itself. During those moments, you often do not realize how shallow or short your breath has become.

This mantra is a gentle reminder to return to. To remind you to slow down in life.

By connecting more regularly to your breath and body, you create space to reconnect with yourself and your life in ways that feel sweet. A gentle reminder to move through life with more softness, intention, grace, and awareness. Over time, it becomes a way of being.

Today, I choose to move forward by embodying this mantra, reminding myself to slow down, reconnect, and trust that things will align. How about you? 🩷
